I had a last-minute stay at this hotel facing the inner courtyards. The room needed maintenance and cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The staff made an effort to understand our needs despite the language barrier, going out of their way to assist us. The location was convenient for our purpose of being close to Ciudad Victoria for a family emergency. The dining experience was really poor, with limited and low-quality options. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
